Free Express Delivery on All Orders Over £100
All orders over £100 are sent FREE of carriage charges, via Royal Mail.
Please note, we only deliver to UK addresses and worldwide
Orders placed prior to 13.00pm are sent same working day (Monday-Friday only). Orders placed after 14.00 on Friday will be sent the following working day.
Tracking details will be emailed upon the day of dispatch.
If you have not received your delivery within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
All our orders will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address etc when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
If you are not in when Royal Mail first try to deliver they will leave a card, please follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail to arrange redelivery.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your shoes ,you can return them to us FREE of charge via Royal Mail for a full refund, or exchange as appropriate. Orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery. Please note that orders placed online or over the telephone cannot be returned to our stores.
It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached. We cannot accept shoes for return where there is wear to the sole – we would advise trying shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.
Please Note – it can take up to 7 working days to process returns.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, we will contact you via email or telephone if the required item is out of stock.
Under Distance Selling Regulations you may, before the end of the statutory cancellation period (14 days from the day after you receive the goods), notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to cancel your order. You must then return the goods to us in the same along with the returns form as previously mentioned.
